Adrienne Griffin is the Branch Chief of Branch 2 of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (Procedure and Administration). Prior to becoming Branch Chief in February 2018, she was a Senior Technician Reviewer in Branch 1 of P&A and an attorney in Branches 1 and 3. She works on a variety of issues including penalties and interest, information reporting, the published guidance process and the Administrative Procedure Act, and innocent spouse relief. Before coming to IRS in 2009, she worked at the Government Accountability Office and as a clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Ms. Griffin received her B.A. and her J.D. from the College of William & Mary.
