Isaac Wood is an attorney-adviser in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Isaac serves as U.S. delegate to the Working Party 11 at the OECD which carries out the technical work in developing the Pillar Two global minimum tax. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Isaac was in private practice and clerked at the U.S. Court of the Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Isaac received both his J.D. and undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
