Angela Rohman Russo is a partner in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn LLP. She concentrates her practice on the tax aspects of complex business transactions and regularly advises private equity and leveraged buyout funds and their portfolio companies. She has also represented clients on the formation and operation of partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures.

Angela is also currently serving as Vice Chair of the Partnerships & LLC Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association. She graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was the Executive Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum.

Angela has been recognized as a “Key Lawyer” in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500 US in the area of Tax: US Taxes: Non-Contentious. She frequently writes and speaks on tax topics.
