Andrew Grossman is the Chief Tax Counsel for the Committee on Ways & Means, having served in that position since 2019. In that role, he advises Chairman Neal and all Committee Members on all matters of tax policy. Prior to joining the Committee, Mr. Grossman served as Legislation Counsel for the Joint Committee on Taxation, and as an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College, a J.D. and LLM from New York University School of Law, and an M.Ed from George Washington University.
