Diana McDonald is a Senior Policy Advisor at Groom Law Group where she advocates for private and public sector clients before Congress.

Previously, Diana served as Policy Director for the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs during the 84th Legislature. In that role, she worked extensively with state retirement agencies and employee groups to address funding and administrative requirements for the state’s pension and health plans. Immediately prior to joining Groom, Diana worked on executive compensation and Affordable Care Act matters at a major accounting firm.
