Thomas Bettge is a senior manager with KPMG LLP’s Washington National Tax practice, where he specializes in transfer pricing and international tax dispute resolution and planning. He is a co-author of the Warren Gorham & Lamont treatises Transfer Pricing Strategies and U.S. International Taxation: Practice and Procedure, as well as numerous articles on transfer pricing, tax controversy, and other tax topics. Thomas teaches international tax policy as an adjunct professor at Penn State Law.
