Grant H. Glovin is an associate with Kaplan Kirsch LLP, where he focuses on transportation law, including issues related to the development, operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of public transportation and infrastructure projects. He assists clients in navigating Federal Railroad Administration and Federal Transit Administration regulatory requirements, procurement procedures, environmental regulations, and grant management. Grant practices regularly before the Surface Transportation Board, primarily representing public transit agencies and state and local governments, and represents clients in transportation-related litigation.

Before joining the firm, Grant was a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Lohier, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable David J. Barron, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In prior private practice, Grant represented local government clients in litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Before law school, Grant worked for New York City Transit as a budget analyst in the Department of Subways.
