Description
Anticipated regulations codifying the "contrary to fundamental public policy" test of Bob Jones University and the anti-discrimination principle of Students for Fair Admissions would reshape what qualifies as charitable under Treas. Reg. 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(2). This panel will examine how those standards would work in practice – and the constitutional and administrative questions they raise.
