Lindsay Lieberman is the founder and managing attorney of Lindsay Lieberman, LLC, a legal and consulting firm dedicated to combating cyber sexual abuse and gender-based violence. Lindsay provides comprehensive support to survivors through legal representation in family court, criminal proceedings, and civil litigation. Her firm also provides schools, law enforcement agencies, judges and nonprofit organizations with proactive tools to prevent harm and promote safety.

Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, Lindsay also serves as an adjunct professor at Salve Regina University and is a published author of several articles on gender-based violence. Before establishing her firm, Lindsay gained extensive experience as a senior attorney at a leading sexual privacy law firm and as a sex crimes prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York. Lindsay graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and earned her B.A. in political science from Rutgers College.
