Strong legal research skills are an important asset for all paralegals and legal assistants.  This session provides attendees with the techniques and strategies needed to make legal research more effective and productive so that they understand the key details and questions of the legal issue, find laws and information to support their legal argument, and check whether what they find is still relevant.  This session also covers primary and secondary legal authorities.
