Pamela J. Diedrich is a director at Jackson & Campbell PC and a member of the firm’s Health Law Practice Group, primarily representing health-care providers in medical malpractice actions, credentialing matters, and privacy breach issues throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. Pam is a zealous advocate and brings her persistence, dedication, and extensive legal experience to bear in representing her clients.
Pam has represented clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and throughout the country in a variety of matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, toxic tort, premises liability, and product liability cases. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, class actions, mass tort claims, at the appellate level, and before licensing boards and administrative tribunals.
Pam received her bachelor’s degree from Towson State University and received her JD, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Pam served on the University of Baltimore Law Review and was a teaching assistant for the legal, analysis, research, and writing courses. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York bars, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Pam also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, which promotes diversity, equity & inclusion at all levels as well as social and educational programming.
Pam is an active member of her community and involved in several community groups and organizations. She also serves as a board member for The Talent Machine Company, a nonprofit children’s theatre group. When not diligently representing her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dog.
