Pamela J. Diedrich is a partner in the Medical Malpractice Practice Group at Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann LLP, where she represents health-care providers and organizations in complex medical malpractice litigation, credentialing matters, and privacy breach issues. With more than twenty-five years of experience, Pam has built a distinguished practice focused on catastrophic injury litigation. Her work spans medical malpractice, personal injury, toxic tort, premises liability, and product liability matters. She is deeply involved in every phase of her cases, allowing her to develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s objectives. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, class actions, and mass tort proceedings, as well as before licensing boards and administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining Goodell DeVries, Pam served as a director at a Washington, D.C. firm and was a key member of its health law practice. In that role, she advised healthcare clients on complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted advocate and counselor to healthcare organizations and professionals.

Pam is actively engaged in legal education and mentorship initiatives, reflecting her dedication to the profession and to developing future leaders in the law. She also involved in various community organizations and serves on the board of The Talent Machine Company, a nonprofit children’s theatre organization.

Pam received her bachelor’s degree from Towson State University and received her JD, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Pam served on the University of Baltimore Law Review and was a teaching assistant for the legal, analysis, research, and writing courses. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York bars, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
