Adaku Nwachukwu, M.S., J.D., CIPP/US, is a technology and privacy attorney with nearly two decades of experience helping companies innovate responsibly with AI, data, and complex commercial contracts. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of AN Law Firm, P.C., where she advises clients on AI-related legal issues, IP strategy, and privacy compliance. With a science background from Johns Hopkins and a law degree from George Washington University, she pairs technical fluency with legal skill in her practice. Her work has earned her recognition as a Best Lawyers "One to Watch" for Technology Law and a spot on the National Black Lawyers Top 100. Beyond her practice, she serves as a Committee Member for Law Practice Management (LPM) Committee for the D.C.
