Brian Galle is a Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches tax and nonprofit law. Prior to academia, he was a federal prosecutor in the Criminal Appeals and Tax Enforcement Policy Section in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He is principal drafter of the brief of amici curiae Scholars of Tax Law, Legal History, and Computational Science in the pending case of Moore v. United States.
