Andy is a tax controversy attorney at Kostelanetz LLP where he handles both civil and criminal matters. He is also an adjunct professor at American University Washington College of Law and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. He is an active speaker and writer on tax issues.

Before joining Kostelanetz, Andy was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division in the Appellate Section and the Court of Federal Claims Section. He was also Director of the Graduate Tax Program and founding Director of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at Temple University Beasley School of Law as well as a Practice Professor of Law.
