Shane McCarrick is a Special Counsel in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International). He specializes in previously taxed earnings and profits, the taxation of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other restructurings, and the hybrid mismatch provisions. He has been working in ACCI since 2011. Mr. McCarrick received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Hood College.
