Keith Fogg is an emeritus clinical professor at Harvard Law School where he founded the tax clinic in 2015. Prior to joining the Harvard faculty, he directed the tax clinic at Villanova Law School from 2007 to 2015. He began his career with the Office of Chief Counsel and worked in various positions within that office for over 30 years. He is the co-founder of the Procedurally Taxing blog. He is a recipient of the Robert Jackson award from the Office of Chief Counsel and the Janet Spragens award for his pro bono work from the ABA Tax Section.
