Sarah Haradon is a Principal in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of PwC’s Washington National Tax Services practice. Her practice focuses on all aspects of partnership taxation.

Immediately prior to joining PwC in 2025, Sarah worked in the Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy as Acting Deputy Tax Legislative Counsel where she covered tax policy issues related to business tax matters. Prior to her position as Acting Deputy Tax Legislative Counsel, Ms. Haradon was an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Tax Policy. Her portfolio included matters related to passthrough entities. She was also involved in certain projects implementing clean energy initiatives under the Inflation Reduction Act.

Prior to joining Treasury, Ms. Haradon was a tax partner with a law firm in Denver, Colorado where she counseled clients on a broad range of corporate, partnership and individual tax matters. Sarah received a B.A. from Georgetown University, a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
