Rachel Leiser Levy is a Principal in Deloitte’s Washington National Tax group. She brings extensive leadership experience from the IRS Senior Executive Service, and also held leadership roles in Treasury, on Capitol Hill, and at law firms. Rachel has advised a diverse range of clients on compensation, benefits, healthcare, the tax treatment of tax-exempt organizations, and tax policy. Her expertise spans qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, employment taxes and payroll, unrelated business income, and tax-exempt issues (with a focus on the health and higher education sectors).
