Tadd is Senior Vice President – Treasurer and Global Taxes at The Procter & Gamble Company, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Having joined P&G in 2005, Tadd now has responsibility for all Global Treasury and Tax matters for the Company. P&G’s Global Treasury organization focuses on global liquidity, capital markets (debt, investments, rating agencies/credit rating), financial risk management (i.e., foreign currency/commodities/interest rate exposures), and Pensions and Insurance. P&G’s Global Tax Organization focuses on P&G’s global tax and trade policy efforts, tax planning, tax controversy management, and compliance with P&G’s total global tax contribution approximating $12 billion annually.

Prior to joining P&G, Tadd was a Partner with PwC (Chicago), where he advised clients on international tax and M&A matters.

Tadd currently serves on the Board of the Tax Foundation, Alliance for Competitive Taxation, and The Tax Counsel. He also serves on the Wichita State University Foundation and Barton School of Business Advisory Council. He also recently joined the Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
