Kei Sakai is Second Secretary of the Finance section at the Embassy of Japan in the United States of America in Washington, D.C. For about 10 years of experience at the Japanese Ministry of Finance, he worked in a wide range of policy fields, including G7/G20 coordination, budget, and defense policies. He holds an LLB from the University of Tokyo and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.
