Rachel E. Grossman is an associate with HWG LLP, where she represents clients in high-stakes, complex disputes in federal and state courts, on appeal, in alternative dispute forums, and before administrative bodies. Her litigation experience spans industries such as consumer products, technology, gaming, and financial services. She also represents attorneys and firms in legal ethics matters.

Before joining HWG, Rachel practiced at an international law firm where she focused on complex civil litigation, class actions, and mass arbitrations. She has also worked at national nonprofit impact firms and as a law clerk for the Honorable Robin M. Meriweather on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights and just conditions of confinement. She received her JD, with highest honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was inducted into the Davis Society and served as editor-in-chief of the North Carolina Civil Rights Law Review.
