Tara Owens Antonipillai, Esq. is the founder of Cultivate, a consulting, training, and coaching company that utilizes principles of applied psychology and organizational psychology to address workplace well-being challenges.

She received her JD and undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and was a tax lawyer in Arnold & Porter’s Washington, DC office. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Antonipillai did her leadership and performance coaching training at Brown University. She is the chair of the D.C. Bar Lawyer Assistance Committee and the director of programming for the Institute for Well-being in Law. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
