Randi Rosenblatt, Esq. is a passionate business developer, networker, connector, idea generator and corporate lawyer. She gained experience in private practice in New York at Schiff Hardin LLP and Watson, Farley & Williams LLP, as well as in-house at Heineken USA, before transitioning out of the practice of law to lead business development for Bliss Lawyers, a legal secondment firm. She was instrumental in successfully growing Bliss Lawyers’ business, resulting in its acquisition by the industry leader, Axiom. She launched Upward Stride to bring her experience, expertise and enjoyment of helping others enhance their business development efforts and results, to law firms and attorneys.

Ms. Rosenblatt earned her JD and MBA from Tulane and her BA from the University of Michigan. She is married and lives in Westchester, New York with her husband and three children.
