Libbey Van Pelt, Esq. is a Stanford Law School graduate, former federal prosecutor, former federal law clerk, and kind person. She opened her firm in 2021, where she practices personal injury law and federal criminal defense. In the past few years, she’s recovered millions of dollars on behalf of personal injury clients. She’s also had many criminal defense successes, including a not-guilty verdict in a murder-for-hire trial, together with Frank Salvato, that was featured in 2023 on ABC’s 20/20 (“The Confession?”) and NBC’s Dateline (“Behind the Closet Door”).
