Olivia Orobona is a partner in the national tax practice of PwC US Tax LLP’s (PwC) Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Group. Olivia obtained her tax LLM from the University of Miami. Olivia has worked for over 15 years in PwC’s M&A Group. Through her tenure at PwC, Olivia has consulted on numerous merger & acquisition transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, tax-free reorganizations, corporate restructurings, and preservation and utilization of net operating losses and other tax attributes. Olivia is one of PwC’s specialists focusing on tax planning for consolidated groups. Olivia is a frequent speaker on consolidated tax matters and has published numerous articles 0n the subject in Corporate Taxation.

Olivia is vice-chair of the Section of Taxation – Corporate Tax Committee of the American Bar Association, Former Chair of the Section of Taxation - Affiliated and Related Corporations of the American Bar Association, Former Chair of the Corporate Tax Community of the D.C. Bar, a member of the D.C. Bar, and Florida Bar.
