This panel, featuring two speakers from the IRS and a number of experienced practitioners, will discuss recent legislation and guidance pertaining to employee benefit plans. The panel discussion will also explore certain aspects of anticipated guidance, if any, that has not yet been released at the time of the panel but is expected to potentially be released in the short term thereafter. Time permitting, there will also be a discussion of what to be on the lookout for during 2025.
