Benjamin Leff is a Professor of Law at American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington DC. He teaches courses in Federal Tax and Nonprofit Organizations. His work has appeared in Tax Notes, the Boston University Law Review, the Iowa Law Review, the Virginia Tax Review, and many other publications. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, holds an M.A. in religious studies from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in religion from Oberlin College.
