Zorka Milin is the policy director at the Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency (FACT) coalition, where she leads on international tax policy and other transparency priorities. She has testified as an expert witness on these issues before the U.S. Senate. Before joining FACT, she served as senior advisor at investigative watchdog Global Witness, focusing on improving financial transparency and accountability in the extraction of natural resources. She has also taught at Georgetown and Yale Universities and practiced international tax law with two leading global law firms.

She has been profiled in Forbes and interviewed and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Financial Times, BBC World Service, Guardian, NPR, CNBC, Politico, Bloomberg, Reuters, New Yorker, Tax Notes, and more.

Originally from Serbia, she holds an M.A. in international relations from Yale, a J.D. and LL.M. in international and comparative law from Cornell Law School, and a B.A. in mathematics from Grinnell College.
