Judicial & Bar Conference General Information

 

The general registration fee for attendees is $269. Legal service providers and government attorneys can register at a discounted rate of $189.

Online registration closes on Friday, April 18, 2025.  Onsite registration is available, but it is limited. To secure your place, we recommend registering in advance.  

Registration includes access to the continental breakfast, call to order and reports, morning plenary, keynote luncheon, membership forums, afternoon seminars, networking breaks, the closing judicial reception, and up to 2.5 CLE credit hours.

The recommended dress code for all conference events is business casual.

Attendees can earn up to 2.5 CLE credit hours by participating in accredited afternoon sessions. These programs are recognized in all 46 jurisdictions that require CLE.

Membership forums and the judicial reception are free to attend. Pre-registration is required for the membership forums.

The conference will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.

The Pennsylvania Avenue entrances provide the most direct access to the conference check-in area. Escalators or stairs lead to the Concourse level for check-in.

All-gender and family bathrooms are available on levels 2 and 4.

Federal Triangle Metro Station (Orange/Blue/Silver lines) is on site and connected to the building by a covered passageway. Metro Center Station (Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver lines) is two blocks away and has sidewalk access.

WMATA buses serving the venue include routes 3F, 11Y, 16E, 32, 33, 36, 52, 59, 63, 64, and S2. Other services include Fairfax Connector, MTA, OMNIRIDE, and LCT.

Public parking, including accessible parking, is available in the building’s garage. For rates, visit Ronald Reagan Building Parking. Bike racks are located in the building’s public parking garage on the B-1 level.

Attendees must pass through security checkpoints upon arrival. Plan for longer wait times during peak arrival hours.

Check-in will take place in the Amphitheater Foyer on the Concourse Level. Attendees arriving at the luncheon start time or later can check in directly at the luncheon ballroom in Atrium Hall, also on the Concourse Level.

Those attending only a free membership forum do not need to check in.

The venue complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and includes accessible parking, ramps, elevators, automatic doors, wide aisles, accessible restrooms, wheelchair seating, and clear pathways.

Meeting rooms, event spaces, and restrooms are wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant. During the day, scheduled 20-minute breaks are provided. Attendees may take breaks as needed.

Food and drinks, including continental breakfast, snacks, and a plated lunch, will be provided. Heavy appetizers and beverages will be served at the closing judicial reception. Attendees may bring personal food and beverages.

Session recordings will not be available after the conference, but attendees can access conference materials on the conference website for up to six months after the event.

A post-conference survey will be sent by email, and feedback is welcomed to help improve future events.

Refunds are available for cancellation requests submitted in writing to [email protected] by Friday, April 11, 2025. Refunds cannot be processed for requests received after April 11.
